I was impressed with Marcus the repairman who came to my house. He was exactly on time, fixed my plumbing problem, had no problem fixing another issue that had occurred with one of my sinks just hours before he arrived and it was done in less than 10 minutes. The larger problem took ad long as I expected, was done perfectly with not one spot of mess on my floor and considering that he had to dismantle a toilet I was truly surprised. Then the bill was, again, exactly as I was told it would be and was very fair. On a personal note, Marcus was kind, and listened to all my questions and explained all the answers to me.
