Mike was the tech who fixed my sliding glass door. He was very knowledgeable polite and explained what he did and why. Also gave me alternatives. He is coming back today to complete. He would have done it yesterday but radiator hose broke on his van. I will talkabout the price when I get the bill.

The fellow they sent out was quite nice. He tried to fix light ( wasn’t able to), fixed garbage disposal but told me I need new one and this one is only 5 years old, made a doorknob better , and took measurements for some fencing and a deck. The estimate on the first project is 125% higher than the other two estimates I have, both of which I did not pay for making the estimate. The two hour fee for his time was 337$ which was extremely high for what he did. Again, nice guy but I would never call them again.

I am really grateful I found ACE. They are responsive and scheduling has been easy. Most importantly the craftsman I've worked with are knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Daryll did an excellent job painting and tiling my bathroom. David Stipe did incredible work transforming my garage into a finished space, including adding molding and framing out the windows, painting, installing a light fixture/fan, and making sure the space will stay dry and look good for years to come. Greg did a great job on the initial framing and insulation, too. I will be calling on ACE for all my future home needs and I hope you do, too.
