We were having new flooring put into our laundry room. The installers recommended ACE (Keith and Tim) to prepare for the floor installation to remove all the equipment and return it once the floor was complete. They removed the slop sink, drip pan, washer and dryer in quick order. Floor was installed and they returned a couple of days later to put it back together. They were respectful of the house, putting down coverings, wearing shoe coverings and masks the whole time they were in the house. The work was done efficiently and corrected some builder mistakes while they were at it. Also communications on estimates, arrival times was great, no guessing when they would show. I can recommend ACE Handyman for your needs or even a second opinion on what might need to be done.

Gene did excellent work and we will definitely use Ace Handyman for all future work. He replaced the back door and replaced two screen doors. Everything looks fantastic! Gene also replaced the caulk in all 3 bathrooms! Looks good as new.

Tim arrived right on time. Our back screen door and back entry door would not close properly due to the house settling. He immediately recognized the problem and gave me options as to how it could be corrected. He was extremely knowledgeable and did excellent work. I was impressed with how quick and clean the attic hatch install went. After many others had turned me down claiming working on an old plaster ceiling would be too difficult Jim and Josh wrapped it up in half of the estimated time. I will definitely be using Ace Handyman again!

Keith did an excellent job repairing my water leak from the upstairs bath to the half bath downstairs. He installed a new shower system from a three valve to a one valve and changed the water lines. He then advised that the opening of the half bath ceiling be left open for 24/hrs. to avoid any mold from water leakage. He went as far as providing step by step instructions on how to get the most out of our new shower and provided info. of warranties. We are most grateful for his services to the extent that 'Handyman Services' will always be our first choice & recommendation to others. Thank You Keith for your expertise!
