Don did a great job installing handrails at my mother’s condo. She just had her hip replaced and we needed to get the handrails installed in a timely manner. Don was right on time and was very patient with her while she decided where to place the handrail on her porch stairs. We have used Ace Handyman many times and it is always 5 star work with a friendly smile!😀

I recently moved from Lima to Westerville. I needed a new bath sink faucet, which I purchased from Ace Hardware. I was so relieved they offered the Ace Handyman Service. Gene did a quality job in a timely manner & at an affordable price. Ace Hardware is very diligent in meeting the needs of the customer.

We had Gene come to fix the water-damaged panels on the outside walls of our enclosed porch. He had come and give us the estimate, and then he was assigned to do the work over two days. He arrived on time and worked diligently, and got it all done within the specified two days. He appears to have taken all the necessary steps to ensure that the problem that is being fixed will not recur. He answered questions for us and he explained what he was doing. We were very happy with Gene and would be happy to have him back again for any work we would have done by Ace Handyman.

Asked for caulking to be done around sinks and repair fence. Very good job.

Our shower was chalked a month ago and we had to have them come out again because it was peeling away from the edge. Keith redid the entire bottom and is so nice and pleasant. Great service!
