I thought our first service with Handyman matters was great. The people are always professional. But it had to be redone. They came back out no charge because they warranty their work, which is great. And while the work looks good again, I will have to wait to see. The tech who came out this time didn’t warn my husband that the process would be messy, and left a layer of dust on every single surface in our bathroom, even our toothbrushes. I would have appreciated him telling my husband that the work was going to create a lot of dust, and we might want to cover or move things we didn’t want to have to clean. So while I am satisfied with the actual work, the details were frustrating to me.

Joe replaced rotted wood from around a second story window. He was on time, very efficient, very polite. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me pictures. My husband, who is deaf, came at one point and Joe was very patient and kind in explaining and answering his questions. I would definitely have Joe do other work for me.

So glad you guys are around. Gene was friendly and fairly efficient in ripping out a broken basement window and replacing it. It’s not an easy job and he earned every dollar (including the $1 on materials that exceeded your estimate, Gene). You guys will be invited back.

Jeff did a great job today installing blinds against a wall of windows. He also did some caulking - not part of the original ask - without missing a beat. He was professional and pleasant.
