Nick, from the beginning, was very professional. I had 4 damaged vinyl floor tiles that needed to be replaced. Luckily I had kept a few extra tiles that could be used as replacements. He explained step by step how he would do the job. I received the printed estimate by email about an hour after he left. I called the office and made the appointment to get the job done. Nick called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He did a good job and returned the next day to grout the tiles. Both Nick and Laura (in the office) acted very professionally from start to finish. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a job done.

They are knowledgeable and prompt. Our project was completed expertly and below estimate. I’ll have them back for the next project.

The cedar post on our outside stairway were rotted below the ground. We contact Ace Handyman Services and they did a great job repairing the posts and installing concrete footings under both posts. Scott did an excellent job. I definitely recommend Ace Handyman Services!

I appreciated electronically being informed of the specific day and time, in advance when Nick who initially visited our house and provided an estimate of the cost and work needed where we had water damage in the laundry room, would provide the work needed. Prior to using Ace Handyman Service I had lots of questions and the office was most helpful answering my concerns. In advance of Nick's initial and second day visit I left the driveway section and garage section empty for Nick to utilyze for His work in our laundry room in the lower part of our house. I live alone and needed to ask Nick continually of the process He would be doing. Nick was great answering my endless questions. For example I didn't understand when he first came to work why he didn't have the needed sheet rock with Him. It was most helpful to know measurements of the width of the material was necessary before it was purchased. I stayed home each day Nick worked in setting up the sheetrock and applied "mud" that looked like white paste. He informed Me when he was going to lunch and how long He would be gone. Nick explained at the end of thday, why a large fan would be on continually to help the "mud" dry. I appreciated his sweeping up debris on the floor. When He came the second morning, initially I asked for an estimate for a faucet replaced in an upstairs bathroom and if it could be done this day. I knew exactly what faucet I wanted and Nick was able to fit that faucet into his schedule that day. Then Nick started sanding the sheetrock. It was great seeing I now had walls! Nick explained how He could save Me money while the paint was drying, by taking out the old leaky faucet and replacing it. When He had to shut off the hot water in the house, Nick informed me. Plus when the new faucet had an issue and he needed to go back to Ace Hardware, He informed me. When I asked when Nick thought He would be finished for the day, this hardworking, knowlledgeable. no nonsense construction handyman went the extra mile to be most helpful. Previous workmen piled up high on shelves items they cleaned. I couldn't reach that high to find some items, Nick very generously lowered items for Me! At the end when I had some questions of the base boards and some white mud in the driveway, Nick without any hesitancy was creative completing tasks I asked. Nick was Amazing : in the professional construction, answering my endless questions, going above and beyond in helpfulness and lowering my initial estimate with a senior discount.
