Repair project: 20-year-old sliding glass door that needed to be reset on track with various other adjustments. 1. The service technician arrived precisely on time. 2. The service technician brought an appropriate set of tools with him with which to accomplish the task. 3. The service technician demonstrated a high degree of skill and competency in the use of his tools and equipment. 4. The service technician explained the various steps of the process. I was always informed of what was going on and why. 5. Every job is a little different than other jobs (idiosyncrasies). The service technician demonstrated very good problem-solving skills. 6. When the service technician was unsure of something, he called and got appropriate information before proceeding. 7. The service technician searched out and procured the parts needed for the job - I didn't have to. 8. The service technician completed to job in a timely manner. 9. The service technician was friendly, courteous, and responsive to my questions. Handyman Matters will be my go-to company for repair projects around the house from now on.

I was very pleased with the work done. Although the paint was taken to be matched, it didn't quite. A.J. offered to take it back and have them work on getting the right color but at this time, I declined. It's close and a small amount. I think with a little weather,we will be ok. I do plan to use you again and asked for cards to give to my neighbors.

We have used Handyman Matters for a variety of jobs: cleaning out gutters, reattaching downspouts, fixing doors that are sticking, and locks that don't work, even installing a new screen door. All the repairmen have done an excellent job, have arrived on time, have gone over the job and charges thoroughly before beginning, and, in addition, have been friendly, and have offered useful suggestions about other problems we were having. I will and have recommend them to others who have some jobs around the house that they need help with.
