Richard completed the work we called him for quickly without wasting any time. He also checked another issue and suggested that a Plumber would be needed to complete the other repair.

We needed several projects done before an out-of-town guest arrives. Their scheduler is a great communicator, so we could plan our projects and our schedule. We got one project done last week, caulking a tub-shower, on-time, well-done by a friendly person. And the handyman let us know what size to buy of a wall fixture for future installation. We bought the parts so there was no markup, and the handyman was able to return a couple days earlier than our next scheduled visit. He completed all four remaining projects in half a day! Two bathroom exhaust fans, a ceiling drywall takedown and installation, and a pull-chain ceiling light fixture replacement. The cost was reasonable. The workmanship is great! We are completely ready for our guest 3 days earlier than expected! We are already looking at our next set of projects with this service :-)

I have been using Ace Handyman Services exclusively for about 4-5 years now, and they are always great. They are always on time, very efficient, and do a great job ! Their prices are reasonable, too. I would highly recommend them - they cover so many types of service. If you're not sure if they cover yours, just ask them - they will go out of their way to accommodate you !!

Our pantry shelving was a mess, shelves were hanging down and brackets were broken. Kirk did a great job making recommendations and we were glad we followed his advice. He painted the pantry and baseboard and installed new shelving and brackets. It looks wonderful, he focused on his work while he was here and did a great job.

Met with Richard to scope out two jobs, replace interior barn door with regular prehung door and replace sink, faucet, garbage disposal and water line to fridge in apartment. Richard was very thorough in his approach and explained everything he'd need to do the job.

Another great job by Justin. Great paint job and repairing a lot of nail pops and drywall cracks. He also mounted a flat screen TV and hung a new light fixture. Great workmanship and very professional. Always kept me up to date on scheduling and his arrival. Definitely would recommend Justin.

These are the services that were provided. The handyman -removed the old shower head and hardware. - filled holes from old shower bar in tile wall with mortar and caulking. - installed new provided shower head. The work went smoothly and the handyman left everything neat and clean. He suggested filling the holes left in the tile from the old shower bar with caulk instead of replacing the tiles themselves. The holes were very small and the caulk blended in very well with the tile. It saved me a couple hundred dollars in labor!
