Matthew came early and was extremely polite and competent. He finished up another handyman's work because the first one was incapacitated and could not come back to complete the job. I have always had great service going back to the Handyman Matters' days and recommend the company highly. Rose is always clear in explaining what is happening and what can be expected. It is a difficult job scheduling the workers all across the area, but she does a great job and lets customers know if a snag happens. Thanks for providing excellent workers and resourceful people.

New kitchen faucet was installed last Friday, but discovered late in the day that the hot & cold water lines were reversed. Had to wait till Monday to get someone scheduled out to fix the problem. Tech had some sort of issue yesterday and could not get here. Came today and fixed water line issue. The progress tracking seems to be a bit unreliable. It first said that the tech would arrive at 7:37. Then a few minutes later said ETA was 8:01 nd then 8:20. He actually arrived about 7:45.

Kirk was my pro and he does thorough and high quality work. He repaired a concrete step corner very deftly, this was a multi-day repair which larger concrete firms would not take on because the job was small. (This was also a repair we tried at home and were unsuccessful!). He then painted our full concrete steps, as well as caulked and painted our door trim. His estimates are accurate and his work is high quality, carefully done, with great results!! Very professional and knowledgeable!

I am very thankful for this service and the handyman who worked on my house gutters that needed clearing and tighten screws. It has been very difficult getting someone to show up or even call back but I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time and a callback for sooner date because of rain and heat forecast. Greatful he was on time and great customer service and explanation of what I needed and what he did. Thankful and will be using again.
