On time as promised. Made a bid and kept that bid. Adjusted a door not closing. Also, fixed the deadbolt intuitively because, I forgot to tell about that not working. Fixed a kitchen drawer that did not close. He finished early and added fixing a latch on a fence with time remaining that was not part of the bid. The good news is I didn’t have to put in a new backdoor! 😊!

Always Professional and Knowledgable
Handyman Matters has helped me for a number of years by painting my den, installing a new medicine cabinet, painting two doors, fixing a hole above my vent-a-hood, and drywalling. They are always professional and knowledgable and very good at making suggestions for something better and longer lasting.

We have been working with Bob on quotes for our kitchen remodel. He has been very generous with his time answering our endless questions, and putting us at ease for the upcoming work. We look forward to working with him and his installer on this project. We have read a lot of good reviews about his business ethics, and that made him our choice to do business with. His office staff has done a great job of communicating with us, and scheduling appointments and work dates. All in all, a gratifying experience.

Way over priced
Had five other estimates but wanted to go with someone local here in the Flower Mound Lewisville Highland Village area. Had a 4‘ x 4‘ Ceiling area to be re-textured. Bob quoted $400 to Scrape and retexture ceiling and cleanup and I was supplying the paint . The other Estimates were $200 cheaper... I think it was such a small job that they hiked up the price. So much for hiring local business

It appears that cost is your only attribute of concern for a handyman service. We are not usually the lowest cost as we are a true business with employees covered by workmen's comp insurance and liability insurance. In addition, we have received the Super Service Award from Angie's List 7 years in a row for "A" rated reviews. I am sorry we could not help you with this project.
