Prompt, courteous and thorough. Had a “start of summer” maintenance check on our air conditioning unit. The technician arrived at appointment on time. Very courteous. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly checked out unit. Would highly recommend.

I was home one morning and started to get cold, eventually figured out that I had no heat. I called Koz and they were so helpful and friendly, they actually sent one of their techs within the hour. I'm so grateful for the way they handled my furnace emergency! And thank you Michael!!

Has always been fast clean and professional one time i had a problem after a job was completed they were back the next day,to corrected the problem.and apologize i would recommend them for any type of heating cooling work.

Koz is the best. They treat you like family very polite and kind, they explain everything so you understand what they are doing, very very very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

We were leaving on vacation, a sitter was going to stay with our dogs, and as we were packing up we noticed the house was warm and the air conditioning wasn't cooling the house. Called Koz heating and cooling, and they were out approx. two hours later, replaced a part at a reasonable price,and had that unit cooling so that we could leave our home knowing the sitter would be comfortable. Mike the heating and cooling tech., knew right away what was wrong, fixed it, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. 5 Stars to you! What a GREAT company.... thank you Mike and everybody there; from the woman who answers the phone, to Mike the owner, to the technician who came out to my home. They were on-time, professional, honest and friendly. Thank you so much for fitting me into your schedule, on a 90 degree day when my air wasn't working! Not only that, but they called me a day later to make sure everything was working perfectly. They didn't charge me for something I didn't need and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what I needed to do with my A/C unit. I will not go anywhere else!!

Mike could have cost us thousands, another company said to replace the entire unit. Mike examined it and found and replaced a 59.00 part ! Mike is honest and trustworthy Kudos to him being part of the police and fire families! Always will use him, and recommend him
