Dr Jay Citrin and his staff were exceptional once again. I cracked a tooth, was in severe pain, and was able to reach Cathy after hours for a prompt emergency appointment. Dr Citrin saw me, expertly diagnosed the problem, prepared me for all options and put on a temporary crown awaiting improvement or need for a root canal. One week later at the follow-up appointment, the pain subsided, Dr Citrin determined no root canal was necessary and I was prepared for a permanent crown to be accomplished as soon as it is manufactured!

Having been a patient of this practice for many years, I always am satisfied with my dental experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Johnson, the new addition to the team, is outstanding...courteous, supportive and gentle. Pricing for various procedures is competitive and fair. Hopefully this office will be my available choice until I no longer need dental care :)

Every one here is super. Very friendly and know your name. High quality work in a relaxing setting. I drive from Broadway to see these folks, that's how good they are.

Five stars to Juliana. She was absolutely amazing- neat, organized, competent, thorough. By far the best hygienist I have had in my life- and I am old. Very disappointed that Dr. Citon would sell expired prescription Prevident ( Exp. Apri, 2017). I live close to an hour away and did not check the date at the office thinking a medical professional would never sell something expired to a patient.

Good cleaning. Hygienist friendly Blood pressure was not taken. Oral survey was not doe as usual.

Probably one of the first times I've had two visits to my dentist in the same day, however yesterday it did happen. At the routine appointment with my hygenist in the morning, we discovered a decay appearing under an old filling/root canal so it was necessary to begin work on it soon. When I realized they could begin the work on a new crown in the afternoon, I chose to take that opportunity. In both situations I was pleased with the professional procedure of the cleaning and new crown. Also, the shot of novocaine that Dr. Johnson gave was almost painless.

As much as it is possible to love going to the dentist - I love this practice. I have been Dr. Citrin's patient for many years. Highly recommend him and his wonderful, caring staff.

Very friendly and thorough. Been going there for years and have always been happy with the staff and service. Had my husband start going after we were married.
