I've already written one review on hear, & received a call from customer service, & stated my issues. But the the same issue that I wrote about still hasn't been addressed. When I took my car in it had a brand new honda passengers side headlight that needed scratches buffed out. They did a nice job buffing the scratches, the rest of the lamp is foggy. I mentioned this several times to mike, one of the office guys, & chris the general manager. Mike said there wasn't anything they could do about it, & chris just kept telling me he had bent over backwards for me, so he wouldn't do it. Bending over backwards shouldn't ever be said to a customer. Especially when he's paying for the service to be done that was promised. & then messed up by doing their job that they were paid to do. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in the work that was done. I was, however, called by the corporate office asking about the problems I had, & may be getting a call back from him. That's exactly what I want, & him to take charge of these rude, & uncaring staff that work for him, & make it right by getting my light either fixed or buy me a new one. I can even get an after market light to save them money. I just what they promised, & all the problems they've caused fixed...

Had a wreck and they did a great job helping me with the insurance. I had no idea what to do. And I can't tell it was ever in an accident! Great place to go and very good service!

Had them look at some fender flares to paint for my truck they looked at them and said yes for 159.00 so I said go ahead ,so they call me a day later and say they have to take the old paint off so that they would look good when done so another $100.00 for that ,so they have them for two weeks why I was out of town at a funeral so I come back and pick them up and as I look at them I see run marks , I see dirt in paint , I see blotch marks in the paint so ,Mike says put them on your truck and bring them back and we will wet sand and buff them out when they are installed ,so I do that first time drop it off he says he needs it all day to do , so we have to reschedule because we need the truck by 1:30 to pick up my son from school so we drop it off at 7:00 a week later and he just wants to wet sand the few runs so I tell him I want it wet sanded and buffed because of how bad it looks ,so we pick it up at the 1:30 and you can still see the runs you can still see the dirt and the blemish so the painter says it is in the paint well you painted it ,so he says we do affordable painting NOT QUALITY painting so we paid over $250.00 for 4 fender flares and you paint a whole car for $299.00 DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM

The estimate only took 10 minutes and they repaired my car in less than a week! Great customer service and am happy with my car.
