2006 Chevy HHR
My Insurance company totaled my car cause the damage was grater than the value of my car, But my car ran great I took it to linden Maaco and the not only fix my car but painted the whole car. The car looks new again so Happy I went there

Exceeded my Expectations

Excellent paint job, bad customer service
I can't give 5 starts, the reason why is the bad customer service i received. 1. I went for a estimate Thursday morning, to install and paint a bodykit to my 2001 vw jetta, everything went well the guy gave me the estimate i agree, and told him i would bring the money saturday( paid in full) and he told me to bring the car the following monday. So i paid Saturday and monday around 9:30 i gave them my car and the kit, before i left he told me it would be done in 4 to 5 days, i said good see u friday. I decided to call Wednesday to ask how everything was going, they put me on hold for 15 minutes, i hang up and after that i call 3 more times and nobody pick up the phone. Day after (Thursday) i decided to show up at the shop, the guy told me they was a little bit behind and that he only trust one guy to work in the type of job that need to be done in my car, and the guy was about to finish a car , so i find out my car was there from monday til thursday without being touch, i was like are u serious, im getting a ride to and from work with a coworker and my car is sitting there in the shop? I told him, u should have let me be with the car and call me when the guy finished with the car he was working on it. Anyway, friday i received the first pics of my car being touched, , monday more pics, and tuesday my car was done. A job that took 3 days to be done they did in 7 days, thats the only reason for not being 5 starts. The job in the car was excellent, they did a brilliant job, very good job, but at the end another problem, they kill my battery, my car was dead, and even after recharge the battery, didn't help, i end it up buying another battery, bottom line, excellent paint job, bad customer service.

Rob I apologize for the it taking longer than you were told but am glad you got better than expected job and happy you like your car, Unfortunately when using products you purchase on line they don't fit correctly so they need custom fitting and we have only one person that can give your car the attention it needed and got. glad you liked your pictures and completed job and come by and bring us your receipt for the battery and depending on how old your old battery was I will reimburse you a prorated amount. We pride our self on customer services.

I would give zero stars if I could. On the morning of Friday, August 14, 2015 I dropped my car off at MAACO Linden to have the edge of my driver’s side door repainted. I came in that same afternoon to pick the car up and there was a significant drip mark along the edge of the door, and there was a brand new decent sized scratch to my back door. I told Bill about this and he said to leave the car overnight and that my car would be ready by 11am Saturday, but to call at 10am just to confirm. I called at 10am and Bill said the car would not be ready on Saturday, contrary to what he had told me the previous evening. I needed to use my car Saturday afternoon and Monday morning, and the only reason I left it at MAACO overnight on Friday was because Bill told me it would be ready by 11am on Saturday. I went in to pick up my car and it did not look like they even did any work on it. I asked Bill what work they even did to it, and he said they sanded down the drip mark. I still saw the drip mark, and I told him about this. His response was “we’ll never be able to get that out.” So, I bring the car home and drop it off around 1pm on Monday. August 17. They told me it should be done on Tuesday afternoon. I called Tuesday mid-day and they said the door(s) had been repainted and that it was being washed, it should be ready to pick up by 3 or 4. I called at 4:30, wondering why MAACO had not called me yet, and the guy on the phone told me my car was not ready. I asked why not, since it was just being washed, and he told me that one of the guys spilled a paint can on my car and scratched it, and hopefully it would be finished the next day. You can’t make this up. I immediately went over to MAACO (unannounced) and demanded to see my car, so I could make sure that they cleaned everything up and made it look the way it used to, and the older gentleman (who was very short with me) told me that absolutely nothing happened to my car. He insisted that nobody spilled a paint can on it and nobody scratched it. But then why was my car super dirty, if when I called earlier that afternoon they said they were cleaning it? Did they clean it, spill paint on it, repaint it, and then it got dirty sitting around waiting to dry so they could clean it again? I will never know the truth about what happened, but something just doesn’t seem right. I told Bill I did not think I should have to pay full price for my paint job. I came in for repainting of my driver’s side door edge (a one day job) and MAACO didn’t finish until almost a week later after causing damage to my car on two separate occasions. I told him that this was a massive inconvenience and he should remedy this by giving me a discount. He refused to give me a discount and said that they were working hard to correct the problems and the best they can do is do their best work. So apparently MAACO’s best work is to damage my car on two separate occasions while also leaving a drip mark in the paint? When I finally picked up my car, I found that they had gotten paint on the black part of the mirror that connects the mirror to the door. They also scratched the front of my driver’s door, and they scratched three of my four door handles. There is also a circular scratch on the front edge of my back door. Literally none of these scratches are in the area that I asked them to touch up. And why would they get paint on the black part of my mirror and just leave it? I have pictures to show all of the new damage to my car. I don’t care if it is “small” damage. I came in asking to have a two-inch long area of the edge of my driver’s door touched up, and came out with paint on my mirror, a scratched front edge of my driver’s door, and four other new scratches. I would never, ever take my car to any MAACO ever again. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not take your car to MAACO, even just for a small job.

Connor We Here at Linden Maaco pride our self's on our service we tried to get your job done in a day and fell short of getting it done. You should of gotten better services and I do apologize. You should of had a better experience but some time when promising to do a job to help customer time of being with out a car we try to get it done in one day . In you case this was the problem and some miss communication on our part to you. I am Truly sorry you didn't have a better time here at Maaco most of our customers do. SMALL COLLISION
I TOOK MY CAR TO LINDEN MAACO FOOR AN ESIMATE THEY EXPLAINED THE REPAIR. I DECIDED TO LEAVE IT WAS DONE QUICKLY.GREAT JOB GREAT WORK QUICK TURN AROUND TIME. WHICH WAS SO IMPORTANT TO ME ONLY ONE CAR HERE.

2013 Honda Civic
This is my second time using this shop They are not usual Maaco there one step better. I am picking one up today and dropping another one off. Great customer services would recommend a visit before you go else where

1998 Honda Accord
I took my Honda over to Linden Maaco the gave me an estimate and sent me a discount email for $25.00. I dropped mu car off and was pleased with it when they returned it to me. Thanks guys

MY 2015 AUDI A3 CONVERTIBLE
I Purchased a brand New A3 Convertible But it was in black Audi wanted me to wait 6 months for the Yellow one I really wanted. I took it to Maaco in Linden they have good reviews so I wanted them to just give me a Price. I thought it over and decided to have them paint it Yellow for me, They took there time taking all my car apart doors - windows - handles - hood - trunk. They put it all Back like new and in the Audi Yellow. I am so Happy with the job done thank to Linden Maaco Great job
