Every Medical Assistant I have came in contact with at MMD is phenomenal, respectful and well-educated! I will always recommend friends and family to them!

It is frustrating to try to speak to a live person to make or change an appointment. In the past I have had questions about and or pay a bill and experienced similar problems. The staff seems ok...not particularly friendly or outgoing, but ok...the lack of phone response is the biggest issue from my perspective including not returning messages when one is left asking for a call back. ...and no one ever does. No I do not and would not ho out of my way to recommend this Dr's office..

My Experience at Mid Michigan Dermatology was absolutely a very Caring and Learning full experience. Not only was the Staff Extremely helpful, Courteous and Kind, They went out of there way to make our wait in the waiting room Comfortable and Pleasant. We did not have to wait long at all before we were called back to see the Doctor. The doctor was extremely kind, but went out of his way to make sure everything he was saying we understood. And we did!! I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family. Thank you all for everything!!!

I was referred by Dr Randall's office. Dr Miller was awesome and explained everything to my son and answered all his questions. My son really liked him. Very personable which is a plus. I would definitely recommend him. 5 star plus!

All questions were patiently answered. Explanations were thorough. Further assistance was offered. No wait time. I would rate the service and experience as extraordinary.
