very prompt

It's every 3 weeks on schedule and I am reminded the day before hand that it's scheduled. The technician calls with in 30 min of showing up. Tom is always on time.

It works!

First and foremost - it works!! We also love that a natural barrier is available for garden areas where we like to encourage pollinators to visit. The fact that we can protect play areas completely and discourage mosquitoes while not harming pollinators in others is awesome! Thanks again Tom

On my first appointment, I had the opportunity to talk with Tom, our technician, about some of my questions about the service and some neighborhood issues. He was extremely friendly and cordial! His knowledge and expertise were immediately evident and he answered all my questions. I was extremely pleased and continue to enjoy my outdoors again!
