Prompt, professional, clean...and hopefully fewer mosquitos. We're still in the early stages with Mosquito Authority so too early to tell how effective yet. Tom the tech seems nice.

I love the reminders, And good customer service. My dog was home one morning and you left because she came outside because I was not home. Tom called and said you would not do the service but got me in the same week in the schedule. I really appreciated that.

Very friendly. Have only had to have them come back and spray once in 2 years. Tom is always on time.

Service does take care of mosquitoe, but I would prefer the service once a month. The first Monday would be preferable, Tom please call me.

The product seems to work and it is seemingly odorless. I like the email and text sent out telling me when they will be coming over to treat the yard. The tech Tom is very friendly and polite.

I don't even have flies and I don't need to use the flea & tick stuff on my dog. You're always here on the day the e-mail says you will come and the guys have always been very accommodating. They ring the bell to make sure my dog is inside & ask about any areas of concern I might have. Because there are practically non sects at all I can leave my slider screens open to the deck which makes my dog an extremely happy camper. Last July we had a crab feast on our deck & I swear I didn't see a fly. It was a perfect family cookout!!! Thank you Tom!!!!

I have subscribed to Mosquito Authority service for two or three years now. For the first time in years, I have been able to enjoy the outdoors at my home , without fear of being eaten alive. Mosquito's find me to be a rare delicacy, and proceed to devour me. Mosquito Authority's people do an excellent job, arrive on time, and are accommodating if there is any special request, should there be a problem area. I would, and do, recommend their service if you would like to enjoy your outdoor, hassle free. Tom the tech is the man.
