Knowledgable, Professional, Trustworthy and Friendly
We contacted Mr Electric regarding replacement of our smoke detectors. Chad came out the same day that we called for service. He respected our home as if it were his own, taking the time to put booties over his shoes and a place mat at the door as he entered. He was respectful and informative. He even showed and acknowledged our pet who is a part of our family. I highly recommend their services.

Feeling Secure
Chad Casey installed security lighting for us. We feel more secure and are so glad he was able to advise us properly on what was needed. The installation was scheduled quickly and the installation was done very cleanly to our building.

Professional service
We had our washing machine put in its own dedicated. Chad and Robert are very friendly they give you full confidence they know what they are doing. We will definitely call them again we need any type of electrical work done.

OMG....I can see again!
My garage was really dim....Florence (sp? yeah I know it isn't right!) lights mostly out, odd size, (8ft!) and that is where I go for 'refuge' ....in the winter especially. My lights are all working now and the technician was truly great! I had a new freezer delivered that day....tech was still here. You have to also know that I live alone...he watched their every move. Dog groomer came while he was here and he was concerned over their care. Cannot give a greater rating, but will recommend!

Great Service and Timely Response Rate
Chad was very friendly and kept me informed of what he was up against during the entire troubleshooting and repair period. With a HVAC system that was previously fixed by another company, Chad discovered the wiring system was crossed causing my AC to come on when heat was selected. He figured the mistake was due to a bad thermostat and rather than sell me one, he gave me advice on what was on the market with new smart technologies. Regarding timeliness, I had a 1-5 appointment time, he called about 1:15 and said he'd be there in 20 minutes if that was okay for me. Of course it was!!!! Thanks Chad!
