The electrician showed up on time, was very efficient in figuring out what my problems were. I was given an estimate up front, and the work was done accordingly. All of my problems were fixed and are working perfectly.

I am not new to the renovation process. I have a condo here in Arlington Virginia, in which I completely renovated a few years back and in my experience, contractors are late and not exactly forthcoming. They tend to do the bare minimum. Of course I am not talking about all contractors, but it is very frustrating when you have to constantly be on guard and prepared to replace the contractor. This was not my experience with Mr. Electric, now I cannot vouch for the whole company, Mr. Deybi Gutierrez was amazing. He arrived early, professional and accommodating. He was kind and knowledge when he was speaking to me and my general contractor, who was kind of giving him a hard time. Mr. Gutierrez could have walked out, but I handled the situation beautifully. I contacted Mr. Electric, because my contractor was having problems with the wiring and light installation. They had been trying to get the lights to work for 2 days without success. Mr. Gutierrez was in my home for less than 2 hours, including the drawn out conversation with my contractor. When he left everything was working and up to code. I plan to call Mr, Gutierrez again and I have already recommended him personally to a friend. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service tech actually showed up early. He quickly analyzed the problem and did an excellent job fixing the fixture. He did a goo job cleaning up at the end of the job. I will definitely recommend Mr Electric.
