Received prompt, friendly call virtually minutes after my home advisor inquiry. Electrician, Payton, came out a few days later for estimate at a time that fit my schedule, and he was perfectly on time! We scheduled the work, on a day and time convenient to my schedule. None of that "between 8 and 12" nonsense. Payton was early. I had several projects and Payton tackled them all very professionally, helped me select the right products for my needs, and made sure I was happy with all the work and knew how the electrical items worked before he left. Price was very fair. I highly recommend Mr. Electric. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience.

On time, professional but super friendly staff. Replaced a ceiling fan with a light and added a light over our kitchen sink. Answered all our questions including others that didn't pertain to the current projects. Never made us feel like he was on a time frame, found out we have to replace our breaker box which we are doing next week with Mr. Electric. Finally a professional who got the job done. We tried others and they could never figure out how to make all eight censor lights work, until Payton McCain arrived. It didn't work the first time he came out, but he did more research on his own and figured it out. Job well done. I almost sent the censors back, because the other person couldn't get it working and he was blaming the new lights with censors as being faulty. The whole time it was the person not doing the job correctly. Mr. Electric (Payton McCain) will be putting up our security system and my wife and I have no doubt that it will be done professionally and we'll be pleased. Mr. Electric is for real. You can't go wrong and they guarantee there work.

Our mobile home burnt and burnt all the wires under the home up to the breaker box. Mr. Electric quickly repaired and our power was on in no time. Johnny was very friendly and I appreciate him quickly getting our power restored. I called on Saturday, January 2nd morning when most were closed but Mr Electric sent a technician out right away. He evaluated my situation and gave me a quote that was better than I expected. My breaker box was going out and I was already without AC/heat, dryer, and several plugs throughout my house. Instead of being without heat for days Mr Electric got us back up and running.
