My soon to be husband changed out a light fixture in our home. some wires were crossed and the light would not turn off. Not only that but the alarm company that we go through started calling us to tell us that there was a disturbance in the system. We called to make an appointment and they told us they would be there within a couple of hours. The gentleman that arrived was very kind, very fast, even replaced our other light fixture. Then proceeded to give us the best deal out there. We have their advantage plan and let me tell you... They stick to their word! The gentleman that came to our house last night was sure to make us aware of all of the discounts that we can get with our plan. Later in the conversation he had mentioned that he was the owner of the company and how he was filling in for someone that was ill. It's people like him that make a great company!!!
