Amazing responsive service, accurate bid with no hidden costs, immaculate work and followup. As a realtor I facilitate at least a dozen major electrical repairs a year and have worked with many contractors over the years and these guys stand out as the best balance of value, expertise and service out there.

It was in the middle of the night-specifically just after 4 am on Tuesday February 11. I had turned off the night light in my bathroom, and proceeded to turn it back on. I heard the telltale snap of my circuit breaker tripping, the bulb of my night light flashed, then went out completely. After first checking the GFCI outlet it was plugged into, the other light switches in the bathroom which now did not work, and the breaker which could not be reset, I realized this was beyond my capability to resolve on my own. I saw an advertisement for Mr. Electric which stated the phones were answered 24/7, so I called them. I had the option of having someone come right away on an emergency call. After some discussion, I decided since I had power in every room but the bathroom and part of the bedroom I could wait an extra day and have the next available appointment, which was Wednesday February 12. There was a scheduling snafu which I was unable to resolve later on the outage day, but since I let Mr. Electric know I was taking the day off from work to get this work done, they got me in the next day (the day I took off work, February 12). That was certainly appreciated. In addition to the hassles of taking off work, taking a bath by candlelight seems romantic on TV or in the movies, but it is a different matter when you have to use alternative lighting in the bathroom because you have no power. Luckily the problem was nothing more complicated than a bad breaker, which was promptly replaced, and brought back my power. I had two other electrical issues in the bedroom (a light which did not work which turned out to be the switch, and a loose electrical outlet) which the repair person (Greg) was able to fix with available supplies. The entire work (from diagnosis to completion of all repairs) took about an hour. I am quite pleased with the service I received and that I was able to get two other electrical issues fixed in addition to the untimely breaker failure.

Mr. Electric of Clark County phoned the day before to confirm appointment and identify the technician arriving and again the day of service just prior to arriving. The electrician arrived when scheduled, took pre-caution when entering the home by wearing protective booties over shoes, installed all switches within an hour and took great care to not leave any traces of his work behind. My husband and I could not be happier with the level of professionalism and work performed. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Electric to any of my clients, friends and family.

The service technician was prompt, courteous, informative and in general extremely helpful. He was also very neat and tidy. He explained what he was doing and why and clearly reviewed the pricing prior to performing the service. I've had a lot of service people work on my house over the years and he was right at the top of the list. I couldn't be more pleased

I work for PeaceHealth. We are a hospital system in Oregon and Washington. I hired Mr Electric to install a phone line in a business complex for one of our associated medial practices in Vancouver.. This required running the cables across different suites in the ceiling and in the wall. We needed a phone line installed right away because others had let us down. These guys got the job done that same day! The staff at the medical office reported back to me that the two electricians that arrived were super guys. Hiring Jim Kleiser and his crew was a good decision.

I hired Mr. Electric to perform numerous tasks from kitchen lighting, to backup generator and more. They performed all the work fantastically and had very fair pricing. I highly recommend their services for Electrical work and more. I will be hiring them again in the future for other projects. They respond promptly to questions and are professional, courteous and just plain exceptional! Began work at 9:00 am and was comlplete by 2:00 pm. This involved running a line from the breaker box around to the back of the house. The Clark County inspector said it was an excellent job.

It all started when, on a Saturday morning, I discovered that my smoke alarms were going off, with no reasonable explanation. I called my usual electrician but unfortunately his company is not open on weekends. I looked in the phone book and found Mr. Electric. Wow! Have I been impressed ever since my first contact with this company. Greg, the electrician, came out within a couple of hours of my phone call and quickly assessed what was the problem and fixed it. Because I had errands to run I left him in charge of completing the work, which he did. He even left me a detailed letter about what he did and his personal cell phone number, in case something went wrong! The first repair went so well that I have used Mr. Electric for several additional projects and the work is done fast, accurately, and within the quoted amount. Greg has even done small "tweaks" with things he saw that were a problem. For instance, he saw that my bathroom switch just nee ded a little tune up which he did for free. I am also very impressed by the fact that this company actually calls you to tell you that the electrician is on his way. How many times have we all sat in our homes waiting, waiting, waiting for an electrician or other workers to come out, as arranged? Greg even wrote me a thank you note for our business! I highly recommend this company!

Several odd job electrical items; add an new circuit & outlet, add ceiling fans, fire alarms, etc

This company got my business through one of the big box stores installation services program. They were wonderful. The electrician was nice and polite and persisted in the job, even though it was more complicated than either of us initially thought it would be. He even left me his personal cell phone number in case things were a problem after he left. He was pleasant and polite, despite having to crawl through the attic and get creative about where to run the wires so that I could get the ceiling fan where I wanted it to be. The final result is perfect. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Despite the problems, the cost of the job never changed from the original bid
