Kristina was very friendly and helpful coordinating this work. This was my first experience with Mr. Electric but I have no complaints. They did the work at the price they quoted over the phone. They warned me that the price could change if the problem was different than they anticipated, but it wasn't.

I’m currently in the process of buying a new home. I had a home inspection done and the inspector noted several areas in the electrical system that they thought I should have an electrician inspect before buying the home. I called several electricians and told them my concerns and what I wanted them to inspect so I could have an idea of what hidden costs I may be looking at should I buy the home or have to go back to the seller to fix prior to closing. To my surprise they all tried to upsell me on the areas I mentioned before even looking at the property. Then I called Mr. Electric. To my surprise they knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a price to come out and do a complete electrical inspection. On the day they were to come out they contacted me 45 minutes prior to arrival and then showed up right on time. My realtor was with me and he was a little bit skeptical of who I had chosen to do the inspection as he had never used them before. The name of the electrician from Mr. Electric was Todd. Todd and I did a quick review of what I was looking for and he indicated that he had experience in those areas and would produce a report for my review. Todd then started his work beginning with the fuse box, continuing to the attic, the furnace, the crawl space. He then did a complete inspection of the outlets by removing them and checking the wiring and several other checks. Not only did he find everything the home inspector found but several things the home inspector missed. During this time my realtor pulled me aside and said how impressed he was with Todd’s work. He said he like the no nonsense approach and thoroughness of the inspection. He indicated it was more then he saw other electricians perform and planned on using Todd on future inspections. At the end of the inspection Todd went over his report with me and noted that he inspected the home based upon current code. There were several areas he indicated that did not meet code but he also pointed out that most of the items he marked did meet the code at the time the home was built and have been grandfathered in. He indicated I may want to bring some of these items up to existing code but the choice was up to me. I then asked him to do for me another bid outside of the report. I asked him to include some of his items on his report along with several new upgrades I wanted to do. He sent me an exact quote, not an estimate, of the additional work I was looking to do. In comparing his bid to what I found on the Internet I was very pleased to see it was very reasonable. This is another reason I like Mr. Electric is the Exact Quote instead of an estimate which often can change half way through the job. Although I’m still in the process of closing I do plan to have Mr. Electric do the additional work after I move into my new home. I’ll be posting a second review after I have the work done. I’m very happy to of found an electrician that I trust and have confidence in and plan on using their service in the years to come. I highly recommend Mr. Electric.

I had a strange electrical issue at my home that took some real digging into. The first very competent/professional electrician did all he could to source the issue but couldn't. He called in a coworker for assistance and they determined it was a PUD issue. The PUD personnel pushed back stating my power supply was "within tolerance". The guys at Mr Electric in Vancouver went to bat for me and sure enough the main transformer on my street had gone bad. They really went the extra mile and the have a customer for life.

There electrician was fast and thorough and explained everything he was doing and all suggestions were sound. Hire these folks

We called this company to upgrade our electrial. They were very knowledgabe about what needed to be done, explained everything to us in detail,took time to answer any questions,were very personable,and were here when they said they would be. Done an excellent job!!

I can always count on timely, excellent, polite, and fair pricing. Would not shop anywhere else for my electrical needs.
