Your electrician informed me of the cost for the inspection and what to expect... The Inspector arrived at the site on time. The gentleman who did the work was quick, thuro and answered any questions I had. He also explained a couple of things which he had to do which was not part of the original contract, at no extra cost to me.

After you have taken care of my emergency natural gas generator over the five years Plus, I lost electrical power to the house for the first time and the Generac Inc.generator clicked in quickly and quietly. So much so that I didn't realize that we had lost commercial power until I noticed we had the only source of power in the neighborhood. The technician explained very clearly what needed to be done, and how it would be done. He performed the work with swift and efficient manner. Afterwards took me around to show what had been done to the stated goals.

Zan was great. Professional, personal and efficient. It was a large and complicated job, requiring a lot of hoop jumping because of insurance. Zan did excellent work and helped us through the complications.
