It was a warm day and I had called to have our home air conditioner checked because it did not seem to be cooling efficiently. Nicholson's sent out a technician that afternoon and he introduced himself as Kenny. He was courteous and friendly and asked what we thought the "symptoms" were and I explained. He noted that we had a very good unit and said it probably just needed service. He checked the inside unit and filters then went outside to check the outside and checked the freon levels. He cleaned off the outside unit so it could get more air and said he couldn't find anything else that might interfere with cooling. Kenny was professional, courteous, and offered a couple of suggestions about ensuring the unit could operate at maximum efficiency and we found him to be an excellent representative of Nicholson's. Nicholson's Heat and Air was very professional from the initial phone call to the actual service. The service man was very knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend them to others.

I bought a new York A/C-Heater and Nicholson's installed it. They showed up on time and went to work. System was installed and all cleaned up and household was not disrupted. System works well now. We did have a problem with it and called them. They wasted no time and came out and replaced a defective coil. Things happen, unit works fine now. They explained what they were going to do for and during the installation and did it. Came back out a few days later and tested unit to make sure it was good and even found another rebate I was eligible for. The lady that runs the desk was most helpful in making all the arrangements. She went well above and beyond to get things on my schedule. I picked this unit and dealer because of dealers reputation and I am glad I did. Thank you.
