Dequincy was out the do routine maintenance on my furnace. He arrived on time, wore shoe covers and answered all my questions about the furnace. I was very impressed at how thorough he was. Very happy client. Thank you!

Three calls to fix boiler and each time they could not fix. Second time emergency because they did not fix first time and tech was rude. Try getting us to buy something that may not work. Just called gain to have boiler fixed.

This place should be put out of business. My great grandma was paying their $20 monthly fee for over 2 years to have maintenance services occasionally. They tried to force her to buy a new AC unit from them for a few thousand dollars, stating the current AC unit had too much rust and couldn't be repaired. I had a second opinion, and they were able to repair it with a $25 condenser, and found no rust. This company should be ashamed they're trying to scam poor old ladies.

Your workers were awesome, nice, polite, courteous and all of the above. I liked the fact they put down rages to protect my carpet and floors. Over all we are very pleased. Thank you for helping us.

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THE TECHNICIAN WAS RUDE SARCASTIC, NEVER HAD ANY ONE TALK TO ME LIKE HE DID! BOUGHT A ONE YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT AND AFER 18 MONTHS THEY ARE TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! THEY DONT wANT TO HONOR THE SERVICE AGREEMENT, THEY JUST WANT TO SELL YOU A NEW ONE!! TOLD ME IT WASNT WORTH FIXING, WHY DID YOU SELL ME A WARRANTY THEN! The estimate to Fix IT WAS DOUBLE WHAT A SECOND ESTIMATE I GOT!!! IT WORKED PERF3CT ALL SUMMER AFTER SOMEONE ELSE FIX IT BECAUSE THEY WERENT COMPETENT TO FIX IT SEEEMS! THEY NEVER CAME OUT IN AN HOUR!! I HAVE HIRED AN ATTORNEY TO GET MY MONEY BACK, BECAUSE THEY WANT GIVE MY MONEY BACK OR ANSWER MY EMAILS!! WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE! !!!!
