1st I was not aware that the DR. had changed. I really liked that DR. I was in the waiting room, and I see this man go out get a cold drink come in and then I'm waiting and I get called in and that was the dr. I also wanted to get Zoom and they have been out of it. The Dr spent maybe 15 mins with me. he talked about my lower lip. I felt the cleaning was just ok. I asked him why he didn't clean my back bottom side and he said I have a crown and you don't clean around a crown. I have never heard that.

Overall everything and everyone was great. When it came time for the dentist to remove the old silver filling in my molar and drill out additional decay, I just felt bad because my gag reflexes are terrible and it seemed like the dentist was upset that my tongue was getting in the way too much and I couldn't handle having the bite block or whatever he stuck in my mouth. Can't help it.

I have a huge fear of going to the dentist; visits usually require tranquilizers and I still end up sobbing through appointments. But since I started going to Palm Dental, my fear has completely subsided. Dr. Ash explains everything to me and takes his time with me. The assistants and hygienists are extremely gentle and make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Palm Dental for anyone, but especially those who have fears like mine. You won't be disappointed.
