I was contacted by an Inspector J. Pope who was requested by Corporate ProSource to come out to my home and inspect the problem having with my Bamboo Floor installation. I made arrangements for the inspector to come to my home on July 14, 2017. He conducted a very through inspection of my installation problem and said he would submit his report to Corporate and they would make sure I had a copy. I've been contacted once since then and told that I would be hearing from ProSource Marietta shortly and I would be sent a copy of the report. I've received neither. NO contact by ProSource Marietta or a copy of the inspection report. This is HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY behavior by a professional company who I opened up my home to their inspector. They don't seem to be very interested in letting me know what is going on. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I walked into ProSource after doing an Internet search and having visited both the big box stores and a competitor of ProSource in search of a particular sized floor tile for a bathroom project. I was greeted by Kiernan Matts with enthusiasm. Kiernan quickly provided alternatives and recommendations to my search from ProSources's numerous selections and went so far as to get a senior associate to assist me further in my questions. I purchased the floor tile and was so thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Kiernan and ProSource that I returned to purchase the tile necessary for my kitchen backsplashes from Kiernan a week or so later. The quality of the product installed by my contractor is superb and the finished look of my projects is perfect! Thank you Kiernan and ProSource!

I had beautiful Bamboo flooring installed throughout my home prior to moving in in 2014. A problem developed showing a separation between two boards in 2016. Contacted the company and they came out and they arrangements were made to have it analyzed by there company represented. That was performed and their result was my floor had raised under this particular spot causing the separation and it was not their problem. Other factors not considered at the time were: 1 - board design caused the seems to tighten when pushed up from the underside, not spread apart; 2 - This particular board had the interlocking piece removed because of the installation process was done at a later time. I was told at the time if initial install that this would not be a problem to install this section at a later time. 3 - The glue used in this area under the board in question has released allowing the board to not be attached to the sub-floor. Their evaluation showed the floor board was not warped and therefore not the materials problem and not their problem. I feel very strongly about this issue being an installation problem, yet they refuse to do anything about it. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER, and would not recommend them.
