I was working with Jim and was surprised when he called me to tell me my carpet I had paid for and special ordered was going to be an extra three weeks longer than original told and I had already waited 2 weeks :-/. He got with the manufacturer for my carpet and was able to cancel it and found another pattern for me that was very close. He got it to me in 3 days. Really though it was the Thank You card he mailed out that really made me feel valued. It isn't often that people take the time to mail a handwritten thank you and I know they did everything they could to resolve my little issue. Now I think I like this new one even better so thank you for your help Jim!

I had such a positive experience doing my kitchen once I went here. I straight up just needed help and somebody to listen to my ideas and tell me how to make them stylish and functional haha. Well after 3 months of construction and crazy life here I am. I can't wait to celebrate the holidays!
