Samples and material ordered lack timeliness and accuracy. Overcharged as well.
I worked with Kathy at Prosource. I worked with her in conjunction with a very good tile installer. Initially I went in to make a selection and requested Kathy due to her skill of color. After spending time with her, we made some selections, some from catalogues, so samples had to be ordered. Kathy said it would only take a few days to come in. This was perfect because I was going out of town for 10 days and this would provide more than enough time for the sample to arrive. I explained to Kathy that I had a deadline because the installer was in high demand and he had to stay on his schedule or else I would have to be rescheduled. Since there were 3 weeks left to acquire the material for the shower, she indicated there would be plenty of time. Ten days later when I returned into town, I gave Kathy from Prosource a call. She said that the samples had not come in yet, It took at least another 5-6 days for the marble to come in. (Why?) This set my timeline back and I had to cancel the installer for when he was scheduled. When all the porcelain and stone came in, I went to get it. I brought it home and the installer opened it up. The bullnose porcelain did not match the porcelain pieces in the shower. It was a different finish. I called Kathy and let her know our order was wrong. She said she would reorder it. When she reordered it and I picked it up, she said she would come and pick up the wrong order of bullnose porcelain. A week later, I saw that she placed an unauthorized charge on my charge card for the second batch of bullnose. She charged me twice for the bullnose (never refunded the first batch of bullnose). I called her and explained this to her. She said that the refund for the first batch had not come through yet but that she would do it soon. That was four weeks ago. They still owe me @$300.00 for the bullnose that was incorrectly ordered. That was over 45 days, meanwhile I pay interest for it on my charge card. My advice is to check everything ordered and do your math when you work with this company.
