Pro Source Mokena is a great place to bring our clients!
Finally, I feel Pro Source in Mokena cares about their clients and finally your prices are where they should be on tile. Before you company was the same as retail. This caused me to stop shopping at this location. Megan made me and my client very happy at how she took care of us. I definitely will return to shop.

Good service with friendly people
We had a small carpet job and I thought we were treated very courteously and professionally by Megan who spent a great deal of time going over the selection available. We found her recommended installer likewise very good. The installation was fast but I watched them the entire time and thought it was done professionally. I docked the installer one star because it was somewhat of a game of phone tag getting the scheduled installation date. I would certainly do business again with both Megan and Nic.

Poor service
We have used proSource twice for tile and both times it was a hassle. The first time we used them it took over a month and 3 follow up phone calls to a sample. When we chose the tile we were told we should order extra, in case we needed more and that dye lot was soId out, made sense, I agreed. Any unopened boxes could be returned. When the job was completed we returned the unused, unopened box of tile. Now we were told they would have to check to see if the manufacturer would take it back. After 3 months of calling for status, finding out our salesman was no longer there, no one knew what we were talking about, etc. we were told that yes the manufacturer would take it back but there was a 30% restocking charge. When we purchased the tile nothing was mentioned about a restocking charge. Fast forward 2 years and we go to ProSource for another remodel for floor and wall tile. New sales person, we pick out tile and flooring. We are told to make sure we order enough just in case they run out or it is back ordered. The tile we knew we would have extra but the floor was close. This time we asked, can an unopened box be returned? Answer, yes, this is a new product so there is no issue with returning it because it is a hot item and they will be able to sell it. Well, we had a box left over and guess what, Nope the manufacturer won't take it back because there is only 1 box left in that dye lot and they don't want to get stuck with 1 box! If ProSource were to give me tile and flooring for free I know somehow I would lose money on the deal. Stay away from there and tell all of your friends also.
