July 2017 was my first visit to the ProSource Wholesale Company. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Heather Lockwood was my direct contact and she was super. Heather was very patient, friendly, understanding, and exhibited much knowledge of their products. I needed to carpet my entire upstairs with 2 bedrooms, hall and down the stairs. I told the sales person - Brian Thomas - I did not need a heavy duty carpet since this would not be a "high traffic" area. He led me straight to the type of carpet to fit my needs. He explained the product, was very patient and courteous. He gave me the sample board to take home and lay on my floor to decide which colors would blend well with the rest of my decor. I did choose a wonderful product at a fantastic price. He was very professional and processed my credit request immediately and I was able to choose the 12 month interest free payment plan. My carpet feels and looks beautiful. I would highly recommend ProSource to anyone looking to re-carpet their house. And I am grateful to Brian for listening to my specific needs and absolutely no pressure on his part. All around a ery good experience.

I have completely renovated my new home, and have used Pro Source for bath tile, hardwood flooring, and my kitchen cabinets ( still yet to be installed). Brian Thomas was outstanding and was definitely the reason I decided to go with Pro Source after getting many estimates from various vendors. Brian always responded to my calls and emails immediately and would get me whatever information I needed. I was very sad to hear he is no longer with the company. I am very happy with my flooring and my tile, and hope to be as satisfied with my kitchen once it finally arrives.

We have had a great experience each of the three times we have ordered through them. We went to them in Ft. Myers, FL for porcelain floor tile. We used their tile for our bathroom remodel in our home, both for the floor and the shower. We again used their porcelain for a bathroom floor and foyer hall floor. The tile was lovely and they helped us match the grout. We had one problem (our own fault) and they helped us solve it quickly and professionally. Thank you ProSource!

I work with Prosource at least every other day for my company. I can not express how helpful the team is there! Sometimes we can not get out to Prosource to pick up our orders so Brian Thomas works with my company has orders delivered and it just makes it easier on us! I refuse to use any other carpet company. They are Quick, easy, knowledgeable and have great costumer service!

I work for a local General Contractor and we use ProSource on a regular basis. I can send our customers directly to the showroom to view and choose their flooring and never have to worry about whether or not the customer will be taken care of. All of the sales reps are very helpful and knowledgeable and our customers have never had a complaint! The sales reps are also prompt in forwarding me customer choices after they've been made. The kitchen & bath design center is new, but the experience that I've had there has also been wonderful. As an interior designer, I often visit the Prosource showroom in Richmond to find carpeting and other flooring products for my clients. The sales staff is always knowledgeable. When product arrives, they kindly hold it until my installers can schedule the installation. I especially like the wide amount of floor coverings represented. The kitchen cabinet section of the showroom is new, and well designed. We have done one kitchen together and my client was pleased.
