They have a wide selection of beautiful and quality products. Consultant Emily Redmon was awesome. She was extremely professional, helpful and answered all my MANY questions, I never felt rushed. Emily was a big factor in my decision to return to ProSource. She is very knowledgeable about the products, colors, textures and even helped me pick out the grout! She took care of all the details and worked with my installer,Jim, to ensure all materials were ordered and delivered worry free. The entire experience was wonderful. I highly recommend ProSource! I would have given her 10 stars if possible. Emily is my go to person for flooring. She works very hard for us. We are not a large contractor so we are not in there all the time. It can be some time between visits and she remembers me upon coming into the store. She is very professional and is easy to work with, even when our customers keep changing their minds. She is the reason we keep coming back.

Cindy really knows her business. We did all our flooring and showers with their material.

Brandy was my first point of contact and basically convinced me that i would be working with Prosource due to her extensive product and process knowledge. As I constantly returned to view materials, Cindy and Emily would gladly fill in and were equally knowledgeable, and most importantly patient with my lack of experience and knowledge. The epitome of great service was my time spent working with Carrie King. She was able to translate my concept into a detailed, professional plan and then back into a vision that she could communicate to my untrained eye/brain. The entire team, especially Ken, Keith and Alexi were extremely patient and understanding in taking me through exposure, education and implementation.
