I went to ProSource with my interior designer looking for carpet and hardwood. Carolyn Dobson walked us through every step. She was professional with a personal touch. She was responsive to calls and questions and did so with patience. Other staff members were also helpful when needed. All in all it was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend ProSource and Carolyn in particular.

All I could say for ProSource Goods and Customer Service is nothing but EXCELLENT! Carolyn took my call and listened to me carefully. She understood that I was a very detail oriented home owner with my homework done well. She offered her expert advice which I am absolutely grateful for! Her recommendations were implemented during the new floors installation and we enjoy it every day! I’m very happy with her customer service and expertise in this industry. On the other hand, Emily helped me pick out the Italian tiles. They are gorgeous but I was nervous about their color and huge size. Emily was patient and assured me that they will look remarkably nice. And they did!! I also went with one of their recommended Contractors. Joseph, Omega Constructions and his crew were very professional, knew their job, very friendly, with impressive work ethics! They finished before schedule and charged per provided estimates. She is very professional and brings many years of experience selling flooring etc. The store is very well laid out and gives you access to many styles and colors. This year We remodeled 3 bathrooms and master bedroom. Carolyn was very helpful during the whole process. We used her design experience in picking flooring, countertops and tiles. She ordered everything we chose and there were no problems obtaining the materials on time. Without a doubt we would use her again if needed.

They help me throughout my design process, are patient and so helpful with myself and my clients and they know their stuff! They truly make my job easier.
