Excellent customer service

So far So Good!
So far so good, I went to a ton of places, my installer recommended I check out ProSource - I did, then checked out even more places. I am hard to deal with, I want the best product at the lowest price - Cindy & ProSource delivered. Well worth the drive for me (I live in Auburn)

I have dealt with Emily for the last 20 yrs. She is very knowledgable about the products. She also has a good eye for color coordination of products. She is cheerful and has a great sense of humor. Cindy also is very helpful. Prosource itself is a great place to send customers for viewing and purchasing products. Thank you all very much. Also Alex in the warehouse is a great person to help one with loading up materials. Great personality and friendly.

Carolyn Dobson was amazing!

Emily is number#1!
I do mostly commercial business with clients that don't always know what they want, but with allowance amounts in the budget that they need to work within. Emily always finds quality products that are appealing and affordable within the clients budgets and design ideas. She is always professional and insightful when working with my clients and I know that when I send someone to Emily that their flooring needs will be met within the budget.

Pro source Rancho Cordova has the most helpful friendly staff that I have ever been involved with,each one of them from The manager Keith to the designers Carolyn, Cindy, Emily have all been so great to deal with.
The show room is outstanding very clean and easy to find just what you are looking for, from Kitchen remodel to Flooring.
I have never been in the showroom and not been greeted immediately from one of the designers they have on staff always with a smile and the eager to help.
I love coming into this location and you will too.

Great customer service !
Emily was very helpful educating us about the many choices we had for flooring. She is a professional...Knows the products and was very patient as we took a while to make a choice.pleasant to work with and we would do it again !
