I have been working with you for many years and have watched improvement every year. Your professionalism is tops and my working relationship with you as a designer is superb. I would give special accolades to Angie Cunnetto who is a delight to work with and I would suggest that she is a star! My one recommendation is that your kitchen planners should go to a client's home. I know the designers bring you measurements or architectural plans but since they are sometimes not accurate your planners must re work designs once the contractors are involved. It is to their advantage to do so both for time and a quicker closing of an order.
