As a designer who has the luxury of going anywhere in the valley, I visit ProSource first. I have always found am amazing selection for finish materials like hardwood, carpet, tile and cabinets. My clients appreciate the ability to go with me to see and touch top name brands...all under one roof. I also appreciate my ability to check out samples for client presentations. And, should anything go wrong, and sometimes it does....ProSource finds a satisfactory resolution. I work with Lisa and appreciate her efforts on my client's behalf. I've been doing business with, and sending my customers, family & friends to ProSource since the 90's. I've had very few difficulties in all that time and I've never had a significant customer complaint. We are remodeling a kitchen, bathroom and laundry room and had to choose flooring, tile, fixtures, etc. There were so many choices, but Barb really helped us figure out our style and narrow down our options so we didn't feel overwhelmed. It was great working with a designer, not just a salesperson. ProSource encouraged us to take home as many samples as we needed to in order to make our decisions and we met with Barb several times before we finalized everything. She thought of everything down to what color grout to choose (something I'm sure we would have overlooked if we'd gone to Home Depot or Lowes) and made the whole process really simple. We can't wait to see the finished rooms!

ProSource was very helpful in getting me the tiles I was looking for and match the carpet. The experience was so much better than struggling to find anyone to talk to at Home Depot or Lowes. Even if you find someone there, they are not very knowledgeable or experienced. At Prosource, Robert was able to answer all questions promptly and I was able to decide my options much faster and cheaper!
