Gladie and her partner are exceptional. Our floors shine like the top of the Chrysler building. They are so friendly and very thorough in the cleaning of our branch. We appreciate the attention to detail and the consistency they show every time they come. Work ethic and skill is top notch.

Cleaners are quite thorough. If there have been any issues with our services, all I've needed to do is contact Peter and the issue is resolved immediately and does not occur again. We've had several adjustments needed to our cleaning contract over the last year or so as we've been completing an expansion. Anytime I've had to call to add more to our cleaning contract, Peter is very responsive and here to walk through and get services started as quickly as necessary.

Good Service

We switched over to them recently because our last cleaning provider was not up to par. Stratus cleaning came in washed away our worries! Not only are they great with the monthly check ins but they are very open to any changes or critiques to the cleaning services! Coming in on Monday and walking into a clean office is a god send. THANK YOU!

Our HOA has been with Stratus several years and continue to appreciate their constant quality of service, during that time, we have had the same service tech, B. Thang. He is very knowledgeable and willing to listen to any concerns of the residents. His willingness to address any issue as soon as it is mentioned speaks well of him and his work ethic. He always has a great smile and positive attitude as he does his work. He stops by the office regularly to ask if there is any comments from resident that he should follow up on while he is here. We have had several construction projects during the time he has serviced our property, He takes extra effort to be sure to clean those areas while he is here. His supervisor Chris, monitors and physically makes visits on a regular schedule which is very much appreciated. He emails his findings to the HOA office, I am more than willing to recommend his work and him personally to anyone considering engaging their services
