Highly Competent Management
Our building is always cleaned well. I appreciate Chris Moix, manager, coming in periodically to check-in. He's also very communicative via email and addresses any concerns we may have same day. Are needs are always addressed by the cleaning staff immediately. They seem to be very receptive to feedback and we couldn't appreciate that more in a cleaning company.

High quality service, great communication

Donte Frierson, is a friendly and very respectful. Always is willing to ask how everything is running and if there is anything that he could do different to help us out! Is always talking to all of the employees to see how everything is and if the cleanliness is up to par.

Services provided at short notice
Mr. Frierson has proven to be invaluable to us by providing custodial services in the absence of full time employees on several occasions. We contact him and give our expectations on very short notice and all boxes are checked off. I highly recommend Stratus to any business for short and or long term building service needs.
