Royale was our craftsman and he was incredibly knowledgeable, talented and friendly. We had a staircase in need of some serious wood, paint and trim repair. Royale had to correct some mistakes from another company we had initially used. He was able to determine the problem quickly and superseded our expectations with the finished results. We will definitely use Ace Handyman and ask for Royale again.

My handyman Brian was so great, worked fast and helped me with several projects. Easy to schedule, showed up on time and was professional. I will definitely use ACE again in the future!

We hired Ace to perform some odd jobs (painting, patching, hanging of blinds) around my home last Friday. They completed approximately 40% of what had been forecasted at the onset of the engagement. 8 hours was what was communicated by Ace to do what needed to be done and that the handyperson would be addressing specifically what had been identified. Approximately 6.0 hours were spent on work related tasks with the remaining 1.5 on lunch and trip to Ace to pick up supplies. In addition, a second person came to our house about 3 hours in to check out what needed to still be worked on only to leave soon thereafter saying he did not have time to help. At the end of the work day, I was informed by the Ace handyman would not be able to finish everything as originally forecasted and that someone would need to come out the next week to finish. Oh and they got paint all over my front steps that is STILL there. I called Ace the following Monday where I asked if there was to be an additional charge to come back out only to be told that only materials needed to be purchased to complete and that there would NOT be an additional hourly charge. When I called on the day of the next visit to confirm that there would not be a cost per hour to finish I was told then that there would be a charge (per hour) to them to finish up. All in all it was a situation that consisted poor communication on the part of Ace and poor quality, both on their time management along with addressing the tasks needed to be completed. Please note: the list of things to do was not big by any means. If proper time management would have been applied all could have been completed in one day. All in all, ~$1K for 40% of the work complete. Would not recommend that you use Ace Handyman services if you want the job fully done for the price you have to pay..
