This is my second time having Ace Handyman come out and I have am completely satisfied. Mike replaced a wooden porch railing with vinyl railing, painted trim around garage door and two Gables on front of house, changed out second floor light fixture, and applied second coat of paint on my deck. Everything turned great and I would recommend them.

This is the second time I used ACEHandyman to help me with home repairs. This time Dan was my handyman and he did great! He was on time and very polite. As he looked over the job he realized that to do it right would be a little more extensive than we originally thought. He explained what needed to be done to get the outcome I wanted. His Knowledge and experience were very helpful. My floor looks great!!

Very good service. Dan was great to work with. He was on time and very mindful of wearing a mask and covering his feet. He fixed an electric outlet that was not working, and installed an outside light. He then came up with the solution to make a door to cover our walk out basement. I was very pleased with the work.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with this company. I needed someone to put together a floating tv shelve and mount it to my wall. I wanted a professional because my walls are plaster and my house is old. I was not able to be there when he came so my mother was here to meet him. I will say he did put the floating shelve together but he stated he was not able to find any studs in my wall and needed to go to Home Depot to get the supplies he'd need. Him doing that would go way over my budget so I told my mother to let him know I will just have him come back in a couple of weeks to mount it when I had more saved up. I knew there was a chance with how old my house was that I may not have four studs needed to mount the shelve, so I had planned on getting additional reinforcements for under it, but was told not to worry about that because he’d have everything he needed on him, even the reinforcements. Apparently except an actual stud finder... My mother asked him if he was going to patch the holes he made in the wall, he said he didn’t have any patch stuff and would have to go to Home Depot if we wanted him to do that. Today I borrowed my bosses stud finder after telling him the story, he drilled holes right next to two studs in the wall! Maybe less then half an inch away from where they were. I assumed he’d have a stud finder since it seems to be common knowledge even for people who do not work in the field to know older homes tend to have different stud placements. My biggest issue is that he stated he could not find a stud in the wall, didn’t have what was needed to patch the holes, he had made, after I was told he’d have everything he’d need supplies wise with him, and that I was able to find the studs using a stud finder with in a minute. I just feel as if he was attempting to get more money out of the job by making it more complicated and extending the time it would take. Had he found the studs, that were less then half an inch away, and still couldn’t mount the shelve, this would be a different story and I probably wouldn’t be writing this. For a professional he definitely did worse then giving it a half ass attempted.

Ace Handyman Services tech arrived on time and was very careful around the work areas. Mike power washed the deck and then applying the stain without damage to siding or bushes. He replaced two bathroom faucets between the time the deck was drying and applying the stain. The results by Mike were excellent and I am happy with the experience. I would recommend Ace Handyman Services.
