Service was on time, professional, and well done
I’m very happy with my new steps. I had wooden steps that needed to be replaced, but the concrete steps Ace suggested instead are much better!

Outstanding Service
Mike was our service provider and he did a phenomenal job. He found good solutions to non-standard problems and explained things all along the way. He was timely, personable, respectful and helpful. When our older-model windows needed a modern-day solution, Mike was quick with effective ideas that got the leaking/gap problem solved. Whether on a ladder or on the ground, Mike was equal to the task.

Courteous, Efficient and Intelligent
Mike did a fine job installing a complex nine-foot remote-controlled living room drapery. He was courteous, efficient and intelligent throughout the procedure. And he was not satisfied until all was running well. Thank You, Mike!

Poor Service/Communication
I was never informed that my appointment was a three hour window.
Before Mike showed up, I received a cancellation of my appointment email. When I called, they did not know what I was talking about.
The handyman hung everything crooked. Dropped a whiteboard and dented my wall, pretended it did not happen.
