Professional and knowledgeable
I had a handyman come check my stovetop for a gas leak. He came prepared with all of the necessary equipment and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He did have to go purchase a supply which took time, but stayed within the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately that piece broke, and he had to go buy another which made it over the estimated time. I don't know how many supplies they carry and can't imagine this was a very common one, so I don't think it was his fault, but it did become a more expensive project than I had expected. This was my first time using Ace and I would definitely try them again. The process of scheduling was very easy and everyone involved was very professional and nice to work with.

Thanks for your review! We definitely want to make sure that any seals are effective. The team is very conscientious about their work but sometimes parts are just not robust as was the case here. We'll follow up with you separately to take that extra time off and get the expense into line with what we estimated. Professional and Friendly, but slow
Really nice, timely. Did nice work, but didn't get much done in the three hours he was here. Seemed like my whole project should have been done, but he only painted the ceiling and edged... in a small stairwell. I still have to finish the rest of the project myself.

Got new refrigerator installed just fine
Needed to have my new refrigerator moved into place, water line hooked up for ice maker. Mike did a fine job and made sure everything was good before he left.

The man was a gentleman and easy going and responsible work was satisfactory
This young man is impressive. Hw has excellent aptitude towards the job at hand. Being a repairman I expect that quality. What makes him a success is character, friendly, professional. These are the things you can not teach. A good guy wonderful social skills. I could chat with him all day. He replaced the shower, and did what he could do with the ice maker used his experience in trouble shooting the issue.
