Sam was excellent. He came prepared for the tasks at hand and even when unforseen issues occurred, he stayed extra to complete the job. We will certainly use Ace Handyman Services for all of our home repairs in the future.

Carpet reinstallation
Service person was clean and courteous. Should have been a little more prepared. Had to go to town to get carpet strips.

We felt that our handyman Sam listened to our needs and came up with a good way to provide what we needed. He took time with us and explained everything. He asked lots of questions so that he could get a better understanding of what we needed. We felt like we were listened to. Sam was great.

Reputable and Timely service
Spoke with Amy about their variety of services. She expedited the repairs as it was a Friday am. Had the guy lined up by that afternoon to perform repairs. Doesn’t get any better than that. He took care of the request as well as another issue while he was there. Absolutely wonderful job done extremely fast and as they said with add one done while there. Very impressed with the entire operation from start to finish. Will use them again!

Very professional and courteous
We needed carpet installed asap due to other installer not working out. Met with Amy at the Blackshear store and she was so friendly and scheduled an installer that afternoon. Xavier met us at the house, he was so polite, but also very business like. He explained everything about the process and about how much time it would take. He did a great job! Will definitely use Ace Handyman Service again.

Phenomenal job!
Xavier did a phenomenal job building a custom fence in our back yard! It was exactly what we asked for and the quality is top-notch. Amy was in communication throughout the project and we are thoroughly happy with the entire process. We will definitely call on ACE again for future projects.

respectful and polite
The gentleman slip foot coverings on before entering. Explained the cost and that he was going to take measurements and pictures for installing windows in my patio. Told me Amy would let me know what the estimate and windows available would be. I would prefer to wait on recommendations until I have more information and interaction with Ace.
