Mark, the handyman was prompt, polite, and did a good job. We were so excited about the availability of the services. Our project was to install a metal screened door on the back porch. We were shocked when we learned our bill was $601 for the purchase of the door ($180) and the other costs associated with the installation ($400+) for such an uncomplicated task. Never dreamed it would cost 400 to install a metal screen door. Unfortunately, will not be using these services again. The manager was outstanding. The service man was outstanding. BUT the cost is just out of line with the complexity of the job. We are satisfied and it's no one's fault. Just not an alternative for us in the future.
