I had no idea such a service was available thru Ace Hardware. I googled, floor repair near me. Ace Handyman Services popped up first. I noticed the base was Sapphire NC and thought they wouldn't come all the way to Franklin for a small repair job. I found their area of service did indeed cover Macon County. I called and was connected right away to the work scheduler. Got a quick appointment scheduled for one week out. The scheduler put me right in touch with the Contractor who was to do the job. I was now impressed. I described the work needed and we went over everything. The work was completed this afternoon and I'm still impressed with the professional service I received from Ace Handyman Services.

We’ve used Ace several times (specifically Skipp) and we are, again, very happy with the work. This time, our work consisted of repairing our front walkway, which had raised in an area, making tripping a reality. Skipp repaired it perfectly. We are, and will continue to be, repeat customers.

ACE provided us with great service. Dallas, the handiman, called to confirm our appointment the night before. He also called before arriving to give us his ETA. He arrived promptly and walked through with us so we could point out a few things we needed help to do: replaced front security light with new motion sensor lights, replaced deck lights with motion sensor lights, repaired bathroom light fixture, replaced a plug that was defective. We truly appreciate that ACE has made this effort to meet a real need: it’s hard to find competent, reliable, professional handymen. Thanks, ACE …and thanks, Dallas.
