My husband and I had a new door put in on our porch a year ago. It never fit exactly right so we ended up filling openings with steel wool which we hated. Rick Gentry came out took a look and gave options. He was very helpful and immediately left and came back with everything needed. He also noticed that the tiles before the door were loose and glued those down. He went above and beyond what we had hoped for. Thank you

Five doors needing adjustment plus a storm door replacement were handled with ease and quickly. Good communication and on time arrival.

I made a point of asking the administrative person if they’d be replacing the whole sill, not just patching. I was assured it was entire sill replacement. When the handyman did the work he cut out the rotted areas instead and put in a patch. I now have to try to fill in where the old and new wood meet, and that’s not a great result.

Mark was so quick and did an immaculate job with the projects I had. And he even offered to do more. Will definitely use this service again.

Scheduling was prompt and efficient, very encouraging. The work was well done and follow up about parts to be ordered was prompt, but the visit itself took far too long as he wanted to look around our home for other projects and chat. He refused payment at the time of service saying we would pay after work was complete. Four days later, a new man pulled up in our driveway insisting on “past due payment” in a rather disrespectful way, claiming there had been “multiple attempts to collect” payment from their office. Turned out, I had one voicemail from the previous HOUR I hadn’t yet listened to, and no invoice had ever been sent. I’d have been furious if our teenage children had been forced to deal with that man had we not been home.
