Excellent all round service
We gave Rick a tricky project in an old house with an odd size door. He expertly assessed the problems and performed the work flawlessly, installing a storm door with dog door built in. Great job

Porch Steps

Small project accomplished with great professionalism
Small project accomplished with great professionalism. It’s not always easy to find an experienced and informed craftsman to work on small projects in these old houses in Saint Paul. The service was exactly what I wanted and more.

surprisingly great!
In the past I never knew Ace Hardware had a handyman service. When I fist saw it I was a bit skeptical but their rates were pretty cheap compared to what I was quoted from others, so I took a chance. I was very happy with their communication and the service they provided! I just needed some painting done on my house and garage and everything went great, and for a great price too. Mark was our painter and he was very pleasant to talk to.

Excellent service - skilled craftsman
I was so impressed with Rick's replacement of our front door today. He came by a few weeks ago to scope out the job and helped me understand exactly what I needed to get when ordering the new door. He was prompt, friendly, and courteous today - and went out of his way to explain what was going on a couple of times today when we deviated from the game plan a little. I highly recommend this business.

Rick did a fantastic job on our screen door installation. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain switching out the glass for the screen if we would like. It would be a pleasure to have Rick out for future services. Highly recommend this company. From requesting an appointment to the completion of the job everything went smoothly.

Mark did a very good job on fixing items in our house and outside our house. Will have them go back and do more work inside and outside the house. They do a very good job and our very friendly and aware of items that need to be fixed.
