My only concern: When I called to schedule the work I needed, I was informed of the hourly rate and estimated time for completion, but the $50 service fee was not disclosed. Otherwise, I was very happy with the scheduling process, friendliness of staff, and accurate time estimate. All in all I still found your service to be competitively priced. Mark came out to my home to uninstall two ceiling fan/light fixtures and re-install two new fixtures that I had purchased. He was friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. Most impressive? I had purchased a new ceiling fan with a different base than the one I was replacing, so the apparatus that secures the fan to the ceiling would not work with the existing hardware in the ceiling. Faced with the prospect of me having to re-pack the new fan, return it to the store, purchase a different model, and reschedule another visit, Mark figured out a way to modify the apparatus on the new fan so that he could install it securely into place. It saved me a lot of time and hassle, to say the least. I was very impressed and pleased with his work!
