I’m so pleased with Ace Handyman services. I originally called to have my bathroom vanity top replaced, bathroom shelving and a tv bracket installed but unfortunately the vanity top install was delayed twice due to damage from Home Depot’s delivery. Jerrod completed the other requests perfectly and was very timely and efficient. When Home Depot finally delivered the top undamaged Jerrod was able to pick up the vanity from Home Depot, and arrive at my home to install it with no problem. He did a wonderful job! Jerrod is a skilled professional, prompt, polite and followed Covid protocol. Linda, the office manger at Ace was truly a pleasure to work with. She facilitated all of the work requests so efficiently and professionally, and always communicated the status and followed up promptly which I really appreciated. I’m very pleased with the work! I will always call Ace! You should too!

The initial interior handrail install done by Ace Handyman was done inadequately. Ace Handyman responded to me immediately to hear my concerns. Ace Handyman then agreed to schedule another appointment to redo the install for free. The technician was very professional, fixed the problem, communicated thoroughly and politely. I judge companies on how they address their mistakes and Ace Handyman reacted exactly how I would hope. I wish more companies would act the way Ace Handyman does.

Harley did a great job with our air conditioning units. He made sure to work in a timely manner and explain what he was doing for us. Great service!

Bismark did a great job removing and replacing an old slab door with a new pre hung door! It's wonderful. Not a project we could've handled on our own as reconstruction of the original framework was necessary!! Thanks so much!

Roger did everything we had asked for and then some. He noticed some doors were ribbing against the frame and fixed that, swapped a handle he noticed was reversed, etc. Would ABSOLUTELY use him again (and Ace services) again in a heartbeat.

Was in the need to remove wire shelving from three closets (one coat closet, one pantry and one laundry closet) and replace with wooden shelving. Was quoted two (2) days work with one (1) craftsman, when things looked like they would potentially run longer the team at Ace Handyman Services jumped in and added an additional craftsman and others in the shop pitched in to ensure fabrication and all logistics were fully handled within the timeframe of two (2) days! I would highly recommend Ace Handyman Services as an organization that delivers what they promised both on-time and on-budget. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Bismark and Brandon!

Elmer did a great job on my bbq assembly. He was early and called ahead. Finished timely. Really glad to have used this service for the first time.

Technician reluctantly put on a mask after telling me masks do not work. Installed interior handrails so that the sections of the handrail are not in alignment and missing a screw. Provided a plausible cause for the water leak, but not able to fix. Other minor repairs were done adequately. Wore dirty boots in house. Overall, the craftsmanship was poor. Expected better quality. Reluctantly to use this service again. If I did, I would request a different handyperson.
